The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to both skiing and non-skiing activities. We were also delighted with the delicious breakfast buffet and the amazing cheeseboard served during dinner.
There were a few things that could have been improved. there were not enough chairs in the wellness area, which was a bit inconvenient.

Liked the location, situated in a picturesque valley surrounded by mountains. Perfect for outdoor activities like hiking or skiing. the inclusion of public transport passes made it easy to explore the region and access nearby attractions.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite unstable, frequently disconnecting every few minutes. It was frustrating to constantly lose the connection, especially when trying to work or stay connected with family and friends.
